What kind of cook are you?

Cooking puts a festive atmosphere at home and makes meals more joyful. I especially like cooking desserts by involving my children. They are proud of their accomplishment and we share it all together.

In my terrine of salmon and vegetables, I add a little oil infused with thyme and rosemary.

What kind of cook are you?

In general, I love the world of cooking: What will we eat this weekend, how much will we be? Who likes what? Then go to the market, choose the right ingredients in the lively rhythm of Market Halls.

Back in the kitchen, we go to one or more, it's nice! Of course it also often happens that it is necessary to do faster and there we quickly open a pack of pasta, we add what we find, tomatoes, cheese and a few threads of oil ... and here I have spoiled for choice: Basil infused oil, Olive and even pistachio! I just love it.

Favorite oil?

I like a lot for different uses but hazelnut oil remains my favorite. It can be used on all salads, in pastry, on fish simply steamed, it is a delight.

Recipe ideas?

Bulgur salad and butternut with hazelnut oil: I cook the bulgur, I add some cubes of butternut previously roasted in the oven, slices of zucchini slightly returned to the pan.

I prepare a light sauce: 2 spoon of hazelnut oils, some lemon juice, salt, Espelette pepper, some coriander leaves. I season the bulgur with this sauce and I add the butternut cubes, zucchini slices and on top I parseme of the feta.

It is a complete dish, healthy and excellent!

My cooking, I imagine it as life: beautiful, tasty, playful, full of emotion and passion ...

I prefer the vegetables of proximity and my kitchen garden. Nothing like a vegetable that goes directly from the garden to the plate, for taste and nutritional qualities at the top.

Favorite oil?

My favorite oil is the virgin oil of hazelnut for the delicacy of its delicate taste of praline.

A simple filet of this oil makes wonder on a velvety pumpkin, parsnips or even on a pan of vegetables at the end of cooking.

Recipe idea?

I would like to share with you a recipe of zucchini pesto with virgin hazelnut oil to "wake up" your pasta:

Mix together 1 zucchini medium steamed with 2 garlic cloves, 5 to 6 basil leaves, 3 cuil. of virgin hazelnut oil. Then add 2 cuil. liquid crème fraîche and 4 cuil. grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper.

What kind of cook are you?

I am an amateur! I do not have any special skills in this area but I like to take the time to cook. Not great food, just good food every day. I use La Tourangelle oils in my simplest dishes, not for a particular recipe. At home the oils are placed on the table and each adds a net as a final touch on his dish. These are table oils to use in the Daily! A few drops are enough to refine the most lambda dishes!

Sesame and Basil.

I like to put a splash of sesame oil on my favorite salad mix: avocado, cherry tomato, poached eggs, fried shrimp. Practical, original and delicious!

Summer oil infused with basil, winter dried fruit oils (pistachio, hazelnut and virgin walnut) and all year round the coconut oil in cosmetic care.

My favorite summer meal is a nice mozzarella tomato salad but as fresh basil is not always easy to keep basil oil is perfect!

I especially love the almond oil that I use in my pastries instead of butter or on my salty dishes, by putting a simple filet of oil at the end of the cooking, for example on fish in papillotes or in my pasta. I also use coconut oil in hair care as well as avocado oil as make-up remover.

A simple chocolate fondant, where you just need to put coconut oil instead of butter and you're done! It's a delight !

For me, cooking is a family story, a grandpa cook, a baker uncle and a mother in love with the kitchen! I love spending time in the kitchen, inventing recipes and discovering new flavors.

It's hard enough to choose, but I have a preference for oil infused with basil and virgin coconut oil, which I use almost daily.

I love to use almond oil in my pancake dough preparation, I also add it in my frying pan to cook, it's a delight!

The oil infused with basil is part of almost all my dishes: lasagne, aubergines stuffed with goat, pasta, bread, tarts, tarts, salads ... I add everywhere, and I do not get tired of it.
