- 250 g chocolate pastry (including 50 g for the nuggets)
- 100 g flour
- 2 tablespoons ofcoconut oil La Tourangelle
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup (or other sugar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda (or 1 / 2 bags of baking powder)
- 1 / 2 teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Whisk the eggs with the agave syrup.
In a bowl, melt 200 g chocolate with coconut oil, one minute in the microwave (or bain marie). Mix well to make it homogeneous.
Add to the mixture and mix again.
Stir in flour with baking soda and salt. The preparation is ready.
Cut the rest of the chocolate into nuggets.
On a plate, put a sheet of baking paper and using a spoon make small round shaped heaps, about 5 cm in diameter. Space them well each other because they will swell during cooking.
Cook about 10 / 15 minutes according to your oven. You can set 200 degrees the last few minutes if you want crispy cookies.
Let them warm up when you take them out and enjoy!
