Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ofunmelted coconut oil
  • 1 / 2 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 spoonful of herbs from Provence
  • Vegetables: carrot - parsnips

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the vegetables into sticks, arrange them in a salad bowl.

Melt the coconut oil in a dish, add the paprika and herbs.

Add this preparation to the vegetables, while stirring with your hands to distribute the oil on the vegetables.

On a baking sheet, place the chips on a sheet of baking paper.

Cook 20 minutes, while turning them from time to time.

Serve warm.
