Baked Vegetable FriesShare
- 1 tablespoon ofunmelted coconut oil
- 1 / 2 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 spoonful of herbs from Provence
- Vegetables: carrot - parsnips
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the vegetables into sticks, arrange them in a salad bowl.
Melt the coconut oil in a dish, add the paprika and herbs.
Add this preparation to the vegetables, while stirring with your hands to distribute the oil on the vegetables.
On a baking sheet, place the chips on a sheet of baking paper.
Cook 20 minutes, while turning them from time to time.
