We ship our products to France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland
NB: for deliveries in Switzerland, additional customs fees may apply upon receipt of the order.
Delivery charges
The shipping costs are displayed on the order confirmation page.
For Metropolitan France, a fixed rate is applied:
- 5.50€ TTC for a delivery in a Colissimo collection point
- 8€ TTC for a home delivery via Colissimo La Poste
For deliveries abroad, delivery costs are calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the order.
Delivery methods and times
We make our best to prepare your order in the best delay. You will receive an email once the order is ready to be prepare and once it is ready for shipment.
*The delivery time indicated by the carriers takes effect at the time of shipment of the order and varies according to the destination address. Be aware that these delay are only indicatives and we cannot be responsible of the delivery delay.
To track your order, the carrier will send you an email with a link and a tracking number.
