Recipe ideas
Pistachio oil and balsamic vinegar dressing: 6 tablespoons of La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil, 1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Dilute the mustard in the vinegar. Add the pistachio oil and mix well, with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Easy vegetable dish: sprinkle all your fresh vegetables - especially green beans, artichokes, potatoes and lettuce - with La Tourangelle Pistachio Oil.
