Vinaigrette with pistachio oil and balsamic vinegar: 6 tablespoons of Touraine Pistachio Oil, 1,5 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper according to your taste. Dilute the mustard in the vinegar. Add the oil of pistachio and mix well, with the whisk, until obtaining a very smooth sauce. Add salt and pepper.

Easy Vegetable Reg: Sprinkle all your fresh vegetables - and especially green beans, artichokes, potatoes and lettuce - with Pistachio La Tourangelle oil.
